I was a hard sell at first on Twitter. When I read Twitter’s description of the service I couldnt imagine myself dealing with the messages about what people were having for lunch etc.
The key is finding a group of people you want to get reports from. An important feature is that you can UNFOLLOW a profile if the updates from a particular person are what you expect.
It really can be a great promotional and information tool.
